    Fabulous

Excellent location for Central London next to Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Rooms well appointed and quiet.

    Superb

A friendly hotel with a good location. Rooms comfortable and clean with adequate facilities. An excellent choice for a reasonably priced break in London.

Ideally I would have liked slippers and gowns in tyhe rooms/.

    Superb

Position near the oxford street and centre of London is exelent. English breakfast was just fine but all the time same. From my point of view maybe it will be better to have more fruit or fruit salad.

    Guest rating

The hotel is a few blocks from Marble Arch with shopping, restaurants and good pubs close by.

The hotel is not suitable for elderly or infirm people. the rooms cannot be accessed without climbing at least one flight of stairs. There was nobody to help carry our heavy bags up these stairs. The bathroom was small and the shower stall minute. In our opinion, not a 200.00 pound per night value.

    Superb

Rooms were spacious and comfortable! Bathroom was spotless and stocked with lovely fluffy told! Breakfast was well laid out and delicious!!

No tea or coffee making the facilities!

    Fabulous

    Nice location, clean hotel

Room for improvement on small things like no safety box in room, no laundry bag, etc

    Fabulous

The room is very clean and the staffs are all very pleasant and helpful. The location is convenient with the Marble Arch subway station just 3 minutes walking distance.

The bathroom is a bit small

    Fabulous

Very convenient only a five minute walk from Marble Arch/Hyde Park/Oxford Street. Pleasant helpful staff and complimentary tea/coffee etc. Clean and comfortable beds. Room finished to a high standard. Good lift system.

Sharing the room with my elderly mother the twin room was too small including the bathroom - would not like to stay more than 2 nights in such a tiny room. Expensive rate. Buffet breakfast ok but not great. Breakfast in the basement with no natural light. Although finished to a high standard the hotel lacked any kind of atmosphere.

    Very good

hotel looked fresh and modern - high standards of cleanliness in rooms. Bed comfortable - breakfast unfussy and choice suited us.

No complimentary tea and coffee in room

    Fabulous

Location was great! 3 mins walk from Marble Arch tube station, Hyde Park and Oxford Street shopping! Only 10 mins walk from Regent's Park and the Baker Street area. Comfortable, quiet, lovely communal lounge area, free wifi, staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good - a mix of hot English breaky, European continental and cereal.

You can hear your upstairs neighbours moving around a bit, but not really an issue, especially compared to the street and traffic noise you get in other locations.

    Exclusive

First of all, the service was first rate. They staff in registration were very personable, always ready to assist with questions as to the location of tour spots, best routes to use for the Underground "the tube" and arranging an out-of-city day trip.Upon returning home for the day, they often inquired about "our day out". The included breakfast was very nice, always quite fresh and plenty of choices, and the servers so pleasant! The room was always nice to return to. We enjoyed the fact that it is a boutique hotel and lived up to it's accolades of being the best boutique hotel in London for 201! The location couldn't be more central. It was only a 5minute walk to the Marble Arch underground which is also across from Hyde Park, a lovely place. There were several restaurants nearby. We would definitely make this our next home when in London!!

Our only concern was the method used for wake-up calls. One morning it was 1 hour too early and our last morning it was 1 hour too late. It was explained that it had something to do with the computer system as they are automated calls. Getting up at the wrong hour can be a problem when you have a flight or tour booked. Being woken too early is also not good if you are out late the night before and trying to get in as much sleep as possible before embarking on yet another day of London sights.

The staff were very helpful and so pleasant. The hotel was so convenient to London. We had no kettle in the room but simply asked the night porter on 2 occasions and he brought tea to our room free of charge. Breakfast was so tasty each morning. We couldn't have wished 4 more

the staff were all very kind and knew a lot and went out of their way to help us--we stayed 5 nights. very clean. altho the room was a bit small and access with some stairs-- i like windows (because in a renovated old townhouse of 1820s) that open. the little breakfast room was fine. the sitting room was wonderful.

no hot water for tea in room--but unlimited coffee\tea with room service (at no charge).

    Very good

Good location and good sized bedroom.

Would have liked a bath in addittion to the shower. More breakfast selection on the buffet.
